Grandson and Guthrie plus one

I had a fabulous time last night introducing my grandson and dear friend Britta to the Guthrie theater. We had dinner first. Somehow, we ended up in the upscale Guthrie restaurant and had a delicious supper of steaks and I had a crab cake. While I stood in line for "Rush" tickets the teens went exploring the interesting architecture of the building. The play was great and I enjoyed it as much or more than the first time I saw it. " Caroline, or change" As a chaparone, I felt comfortable and they didn't seem to mind having me around. They are wonderful teenagers. I feel blessed to see how #1 is blazing the way for the other delightful 9 grandchildren.
